A growth-focused executive with an international background, he combines technology and business leadership: strategic planning, operations and financial management, and programme execution with full P&L responsibility for business units and organisations ranging from innovative start-ups to international market leaders. As CEO of SpringUp Labs India, he is responsible for recruiting, local leadership and the delivery of the teams in India – ensuring that clients consistently get the agreed quality, speed and continuity.

With a profound marketing and sales background (CMO/CSO), he covers the full executive agenda: from strategy and clear go-to-market designs through implementation across all parts of the business model to operational and financial KPI management. As CEO, CMO and CSO – including interim mandates for private equity sponsors – he has led turnarounds with parallel top- and bottom-line programmes, repeatedly launched new product and service lines and combined organic with inorganic growth.
